Architecture & Strategy: Design, development and operation of a secure hybrid identity infrastructure based on Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory Access Management & Apps: Central management and backup of Enterprise Applications, including SSO (SAML/OIDC) configuration and app permission monitoring Cloud Security: Implementation and curing of access permissions using Conditional Access, MFA (FIDO2) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) PKI operation: Responsibility for the life cycle of certificates as well as the operation and safeguarding of Microsoft PKI infrastructure (ADCS) Identity Protection: Proactive protection of identities and workloads as well as connection to security solutions for threat detection This position can be occupied at the locations Düsseldorf, Bremen, Berlin, Kassel, Kiel Unterlüß and Neuenstadt

Complete study of computer science, business information technology or comparable training in IT Funded experience: Long-standing expertise in Cloud Identity (Entra ID) and classic Active Directory Management Deep Protocol Knowledge: Safe handling of modern identity protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SAML 2.0 as well as Kerberos/LDAP Security Mindset: Comprehensive knowledge in securing hybrid environments (e.g. animaling models, protection from lateral movements) Interface Knowledge: Experience in Configuring Synchronization Tools like Entra Connect or Cloud Sync PKI expertise: Practical experience in managing certificate services, blocking lists (CRL) and enrollment procedures such as SCEP or NDES Analytical Strength: The ability to document complex IAM architectures and act as a technical mentor for junior colleagues Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Enthusiasm for co-design within an IT transformation
