You are responsible for managing our stationary and semi-stationary patients and residents. You are in ongoing exchange with the cost providers and are safe both in direct communication and in communication via electronic data exchange (§ 301 SGB V). You are contact persons for cost-holders, patients and relatives in administrative and accounting matters. Your tasks include the clarification of insurance conditions and the clarification of cost assumptions, MD case processing, debitor accounting and the associated receivable management.

You have a completed vocational training (e.g. a merchant/buyer in health care, social security specialist, administrative specialist). You have professional experience in the field of hospital or patient management including performance billing (including DRG, EBM, PEPP, home billing). Very good office skills, and ideally knowledge of ORBIS. You have good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as a safe and friendly appearance in dealing with colleagues, superiors and external partners. A high level of initiative, loadability, reliability and team capability. An independent, structured and accurate operation completes your profile.
