Werkstudent Quality (m/f/d)

You support the complaint process and the processing of customer returns, including SAP bookings and the handling of goods movements. In addition, you will cooperate closely with the manufacturing areas and our subcontractors in the processing of internal quality topics. You support the assignment, testing and timely dispatch of material certificates to our customers. In addition, you will work with the creation of EMPB/Erstmusterprüfberichte. You create and maintain quality indicators as well as quality reports, for example on committee, complaints and other quality topics. Last but not least, you follow internal quality measures and support their implementation and documentation.

You are an immatricated student (m/w/d) in a degree course such as economic engineering, economics or a comparable subject You have a secure handling of MS365 and ideally have first knowledge of SAP You work structured and have a proactive way of working with the motivation to implement tasks independently and solution-oriented You have a strong communication and team capability You have good knowledge of German and English
