As a Car Lifecycle Administrator:in the Fleet Department, you will ensure the precise and timely execution of defined administrative processes around our vehicles. You work closely with Fleet, Operations and Finance and take over the operational execution and safeguarding of the administrative steps along the vehicle life cycle. Your focus is on correct data management, clean documentation and deadline backup, especially for manual or particularly faulty processes. This allows you to ensure operational stability, high data quality and scalability of our fleet processes.

Secure the operation of the vehicle lifecycle: You process defined administrative steps along the vehicle lifecycle reliably and completely. high data and documentation quality: You ensure that all relevant vehicle, contract and process data are correctly, completely and comprehensible in the systems. Hold deadlines, volume and quality standards: You work structured and loadable, even at high volumes. Recognize deviations and escalate early: You identify inconsistencies, missing information or risks early and communicate them clearly. Contribute to continuous improvement: You recognize recurring operational weaknesses and introduce pragmatic suggestions for improvement.

You have a completed commercial training or a business-oriented study and brings first practical professional experience (min. 1 year) in an operating, administrative role – for example in vehicle disposition, fleet management, material processing, back office or accounting. You work very accurately, reliably and structured and feel comfortable with recurring tasks and clearly defined processes. You are resilient and focused, even if volume and complexity increase, and always keeps an overview of open tasks and dependencies. dealing with digital tools (e.g. Google Sheets or Excel) is familiar to you; you work quickly and conscientiously into new systems and use them safely in the daily business. You communicate clearly, objectively and solution-oriented with different interfaces and escalate at an early stage when information is missing or risks arise. Very good German knowledge (C2) and solid English knowledge (min. B2) complete your profile.
