They work strategically – they are responsible for the cross-site design of energy management systems and their standardization. In addition, you create concepts for connecting information and communication technologies to the components of the energy supply systems (smart grid, smart meter). They align the energy management of the Radeberger Group with future requirements and thus shape the future They look closely – they combine and evaluate the energy and environmental KPIs of all our sites. The examination of energy bills and contracts is also within your task. From this and from the KPIs, taking into account the market conditions, you will derive energy assessments for future investments (road map) as well as optimization potentials in relation to the contracts. They offer a professional service – they are the central contact person (m/w/d) for energy-related issues and manage the companies when planning and implementing investments in energy-related plants. You set the standard – As an Energy Management Officer of the Radeberger Group, you are responsible for building and maintaining energy and environmental certifications. In addition, you will ensure the cross-site knowledge transfer. You are a team player – you work closely with our companies and with adjacent departments. Purchasing electricity, gas and heat will help you purchase.

Your training – you have a relevant qualification in the technical field (Studium Engineering/Electronics/Comparable Study Course or Technicians/Comparable Degree). Ideally, you have also successfully completed a technical training. Your experience – you have already been able to gain a multi-year professional experience regarding the company's energy or data engineering facilities. You can acquire knowledge of data structures of a technical company and process control systems. In addition, you can convince with your knowledge in project management. Your personality – you are characterized by your entrepreneurial thinking and your creativity and flexibility in finding solutions. Understanding processes and their relationships is easy for you. They work independently, bring the necessary enforcement capacity and would like to develop in our company. Your mobility – you will bring the readiness to travel within Germany, for example to accompany the commissioning at our locations. Your know-how – you have well-founded MS Office knowledge.
