As part of the strategic development of our company, we are looking for you as SEA Manager / SEO Manager / Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d). Be part of our innovative and trend-oriented team at the Friedberg site near Augsburg in Bavaria.

You are responsible for managing SEA (Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising) and SEO for our websites and online shops. You are responsible for the planning, implementation and control of projects and optimization measures in the areas of e-commerce, omnichannel and local trade. Your tasks include the ongoing optimization of performance, channel monitoring and reporting as well as the strategic development and development of channels. You will explore current trends and developments in your area of responsibility and create the interface to our e-commerce, product management, content and developer teams. You participate in budget planning, shape technical requirements for our developers and coordinate the search engine optimization of our content. You control external agencies and service providers in your area of responsibility and also perform tasks in cross-channel project management and key accounting.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business, communication, marketing or comparable training. You have been working in the SEA / SEO area of an agency or a trading company for at least three years. You have very good operational knowledge in search engine and performance marketing, especially in Google Ads and in common SEO/KI tools. You have extensive experience in web analysis (Google Analytics, MAPP or similar systems). You're analytic, working data-driven and targeted. You also bring your own initiative, creativity and team spirit. You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
