Non-Financial Risk Manager Securities Services (m/f/d)

As part of a global team, you can contact key stakeholders* throughout the company and advise on risk-related activities You work with appropriate risk functions in other business areas to ensure a consistent overview and a consistent approach This includes proactive risk management and the implementation of thematic reviews and control reviews You contribute to the implementation of a suitable risk-based security and monitoring programme, which focuses on thematic reviews, content control checks and important risk indicators You will have an active role in incident management, capture and analyze In this context, you will support the NFR Function in taking into account all relevant risk triggers in the Risk & Control Assessments (RCAs) You support the areas of risk assessment, communication to Internal/ External Audit, authorities and essential internal stakeholders You analyze the HSBC Policy Framework, communicate the content to the departments and support the implementation and follow-up of the measures You design risk governance measures as well as reporting and maintain these

A completed study and at least several years of professional experience in the financial sector, audit or operational risk management Experience in handling process analyses, monitoring internal operational controls or operational events (cases of damage) is advantageous.
