To strengthen the Department of Competence Management Health and Social Professionals in the Medical Directorate, we are looking for a dedicated personality with high expertise in the field of clinical hygiene that likes networking, develops structures and actively contributes to quality assurance.

Coordination of hygiene networks Participation in the development, implementation and control of site-wide structures, instruments and processes Support in the creation and revision of hygiene plans, standards and guidelines and their permanent updating Participation in the cross-site harmonisation of processes, procedures, documents and product applications Further development of hygiene reporting Evaluation of the benchmark system, analysis of key figures and deriving the optimization requirement according to structural, process and result quality Participation in defining quality objectives and monitoring criteria in hygiene

completed training in the observatory health and nursing service with several years of professional experience completed training and experience as hygiene specialist completed (special)university studies or postgraduate studies in the health sector Knowledge and experience in quality and risk management desirable Communication and team skills as well as customer orientation Flexibility, commitment, initiative Organizational and high sense of responsibility
