What counts

Completed commercial or technical training or comparable qualification Continuing training or comparable desirable First experience in assistance, project coordination or facility management Organizational and structured and independent working Embossed communication skills and service orientation Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Basic technical understanding is advantageous Teamability and flexibility

Your contribution to us

Operational day-to-day operations support Organisation, preparation and follow-up of meetings, appointments and audits Preparation of evaluations, reports and presentations Support in the management of technical services at the site Communication with customers, service providers and internal teams Maintenance, management and testing of documentation, processes and key figures Coordination of administrative processes and support in projects Participation in optimization measures and process improvements Takeover of smaller projects (from planning to implementation)
