Ensuring documentation and distribution of project-relevant information for engineering supplies between engineering, specialist departments and project Preparation, preparation and management of regular project-related expertise and coordination rounds in engineering Responsible for the project reporting of all engineering work packages and presentation of the status Support of interface partners of engineering (e.g. procurement, operations) by working with cross-functional working groups, incl. derivation and follow-up of measures Coordination of deviations in engineering as well as prioritization and analysis in event of event conflicts and derivation of corrective measures Support for internal and external appointment of engineering supplies Plausibility of the content and cost calculations as well as the development of a comprehensible quantity framework argumentation, including the creation and coordination of costing boundary conditions with interface partners Support in the development and implementation of concepts and further development of key figures for evaluating engineering processes for effective and efficient technical controlling Identification of Improvement Potentials in Internal and External Workflows Supporting the risk process in engineering by identifying, plausibility and controlling risks and mitigation measures

Successfully completed technical studies or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in machine and plant engineering, ideally in naval shipbuilding Knowledge of the execution of construction activities Technical and operational interface and process knowledge At best project management knowledge (e.g. IPMA) or project management experience Safe to use the MS Office package and databases Good English knowledge of word and writing Commercial thinking and acting Communication strength, enforcement and negotiation skills Very good time management and high work efficiency High problem solving competence and team skills Structured and analytical methods Responsibility and self-initiative readiness to carry out a safety review
