Own-responsible handling of collection cases in the court, judicial and judicial proceedings Implementation of enforcement measures Orders Introduction and monitoring of enforcement measures Negotiations with debtors incl. Completion of payment agreements and comparisons clarification of legal issues in cooperation with lawyers, independent implementation of data exchange with customers, information, banks and courts by e-mail, in particular with regard to electronic dunning Self-employed and independent correspondence and settlement of telephone calls with courts, customers, debtors, court executives etc. Monitoring of payment inputs, agreements and deadlines Maintenance and management of the case files in the system

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification Ideally experience in debt collection or receivable management Impressed communication strength and secure appearance on the phone (Inbound & Outbound) Good knowledge of German in word and writing, English and other foreign languages of advantage Communicative, social and organizational competence Routinized handling of common software programs Independent, structured and reliable operation Self-motivation and pragmatic approach to structured work
