To strengthen our team, we are looking for a building financing consultant (m/w/d) for our regional markets Bottrop or Kirchhellen. Your tasks: Individual advice: With your expertise, our customers advise you competently and comprehensively in the financing of your living spaces. Network: You create individual financing solutions, work with our partners and maintain contact with specialists. Sales: Whether personal or digital – With a final approach, you live the cooperative advice idea and win new members and customers. Quality standards: You identify customer needs and signals, develop tailor-made financing solutions and ensure customer satisfaction through first-class service. Responsibility: You independently make financing decisions within your credit competence.

Your profile: Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Experience in building finance consulting and lending Secure assessment of real estate assets and credit collateral Teamability, friendliness and a clear, value-assured expression Sales, customer and service orientation Media competence and the ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible manner.
