Support for order processing (approximately 80 %), from order registration via examination to order confirmation Transfer of reception activities (approximately 20%) Reading orders into our ERP system (Navision/Business Central) Examination and management of request confirmations Responsible for the service-oriented and professional support of our customers Create and edit offers Competent and solution-oriented processing of complaints Monitoring of delivery dates and responsible for smooth running Close cooperation with the field, logistics, purchasing and internal specialist departments Processing and distribution of the info mail box and mail Maintenance and updating of master files are also part of your task

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable professional experience At least 2-3 years of professional experience in reception, reception or in a comparable position Timely flexibility required – use also in the afternoon hours Basic commercial understanding and safe handling of office processes Embossed service orientation and communication strength Joy in dealing with people Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office and common IT applications Self-employed, structured and careful working
