New methods, tools and best practices are in your eye: you bring your ideas, evaluate approaches together with the team and support their implementation – here you can help shape them, not only work out. You have a degree with a focus on staff or a comparable training in your luggage. For at least two years, you have been at home in Recruiting and bring relevant practice experience. Current recruiting trends inspire you and you are really keen to further develop your experience in the holistic recruiting process. You understand the challenges of the talent market – especially in the tech environment – and you know how a strong candidate experience is created. You work quickly, structured and always with high service orientation. Organizational talent and real enthusiasm are yours: With your communicative way, you can take talents and inspire new opportunities. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
