Junior Sales Consultant (m/w/d) Full time, unlimited, Unterschleißheim (near Munich), hybrid work possible to occupy MLP praxero GmbH, right away

With praxero, we apprehend established doctors: We take over practical management, from time management to support to billing, deeply integrated into the existing practice management system. We do not sell a tool, we take responsibility for central processes in practice. You're the engine behind our sales consultants (closers): You make sure that You can concentrate fully on conversations and accounts, and grows into the consultation itself step by step. You develop structured, end-to-end sales opportunities from initial contacts, creating the basis for our sales success. You work closely with our practical consultants, the MLP consultants and our partners in the practical software environment and build up the necessary standing and practical understanding over time yourself.

Date control & coordination: You arrange the consulting appointments, including coordination of the PVS pitch terminals (remote and on site) Lead Qualification & Sales Preparation: You qualify warm leads from the MLP network and from the PVS partners and prepare ready-to- finish handovers for the Closer (pain points, decision-makers, time frames, context) Practical Activation & Partner Development: You act together with the partners interesting practices from their stock CRM Management & Pipeline Control: You care about the CRM and give a clear look at the pipeline at any time Practical sales development: You’re going to attend selected dates, get to know the consulting sales and the practice business from the inside Acceptance of Responsibility: The goal is your way to an independent sales consultant, where you gradually take responsibility, right up to your own degrees.

Sales DNA and Final Will: You Want to Sell and Finish Things, Not Just Manage Interest in healthcare: Experience in or near doctoral practices, PVS, MedTech or Healthcare is a plus. You build the deep understanding of our practice Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales, inside sales or sales-related role, or an ambitious career start with clear sales will Organisational strength: You are able to juggling many parallel dates and transactions, CRM-Pflege is for you Communication strength at eye level: You are sure to vote with experienced MLP consultants and PVS partners, adapt to different personalities and are binding in tracking What we offer you: Attractive package: Secure fix of around 40,000 euros plus uncovered, performance-oriented variable - target remuneration (OTE) about 46,000 to 48,000 euros.
