Technical draftsman (m/f/d)

Creation of design, execution and detail plans in the building Modeling and plan derivation (e.g. Revit, Allplan or the like) Support of project and construction management, costing in technical preparation (including mass determination) Coordination with architects, specialist planners, statistics and internal interfaces Maintenance and development of plan standards and digital planning processes Development of standardized control details

Successfully completed training as technical:r Zeichner:in or Building Sign:in or a comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional experience in construction, preferably in timber construction or in turnkey construction Very good knowledge of common CAD programs (e.g. Revit, Allplan, AutoCAD or comparable) Knowledge of relevant standards and technical regulations of advantage Ideally experience in the application of BIM methods
