We are looking for an AI engineer*in with vision to strengthen our team as a trainee in the field of “customer interaction and generative AI” to redefine the future of mobility. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the next generation of the Mercedes-Benz Virtual Assist and to revolutionize the online customer interaction. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing state-of-the-art AI solutions that directly impact our company's sales and improve customer experience. You will use advanced AI, machine learning and natural language processing to create intelligent, personalized and seamless interactions for our global clientele. An above-average degree (Master, MBA or Promotion) in computer or data sciences, machine learning or a comparable degree course Maximum 3 years of professional experience (outside the course) At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel) First experience in requirements analysis, development, go-live and operation of AI solutions as well as marketing and sales, general software programming and project management Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends We appreciate applicants who show a strong sense of social responsibility Excellent knowledge of English (C1), or other knowledge of German (B2) are advantageous Motivation to help shape the transformation at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility Strong interpersonal and communicative skills, coupled with exceptional analytical skills Embossed team skills that others are motivating to achieve their goals We look forward to your online application.
