This is the Evangelical Home Foundation – an employer according to your ideas. For our trainee program we are looking in full time trainees (m/w/d) for the setup line stationary or outpatient. The start date can be flexibly agreed at the beginning of the quarter. The aim of our trainee program is to prepare you specifically for your role as a setup manager, to impart the appropriate professional and personal skills and to accompany you on your way into the role.

You're going through our twelve-month EHS training program, which qualifies you as a senior manager. You will get to know our headquarters in Stuttgart and get insights into different facilities of the Evangelical Heimstiftung. You take part in seminars on personal and professional development and gain experience in several practical applications. You have experienced EHS leadership to help you network well and become part of the EHS team. You are supported by individual coaching in your personal development. The goal is to take you as a permanent manager of an EHS facility near you after successful completion.

Completed study or comparable qualification, e.g. as a nursing service At least two years of professional experience in the care industry and first leadership experience Compliance with the formal requirements according to § 3 LPersVO Strategic thinking, flexibility and sense of responsibility Christian values and membership in a ACK Church
