Professional and disciplinary leadership of the controlling and accounting team in a growing company Further development of the controlling including automation of reporting, planning and forecasting processes Monitoring and further development of the company’s financing structure, including working capital, investment and project financing Responsibility for the correct and timely creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Building and developing effective risk and compliance management including internal control system Close exchange with the management of the Luxembourg subsidiary for the further development of the financial organisation and the controlling

Complete economic studies or a comparable qualification Finded experience in a comparable line function, ideally from the production environment Very pronounced knowledge in controlling and FP&A as well as a comprehensive understanding of adjacent financial sectors Experience in standardization and harmonisation of processes, structures and control logics Existing IT affinity with interest in digital controlling solutions and knowledge of modern reporting tools are advantageous readiness to travel around 30%
