You develop and implement treasury strategies to ensure the company's financial stability and liquidity. Financial markets and trends are analysed and monitored to identify opportunities and risks. You plan and conduct capital acquisition measures to support company growth. Risk management strategies are implemented to minimize financial risks and ensure compliance with legal regulations. Relations with banks, financial institutions and investors are built and maintained to ensure optimal financing conditions. You create and present financial reports as well as strategic recommendations for management.

A completed study in business, finance or a related area is required. You have several years of experience in treasury or financial management. Funded knowledge in financial instruments and markets and risk management are necessary. You are characterized by pronounced analytical skills and strategic thinking. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Experience in dealing with treasury management systems, ideally Coupa Treasury & Cash Management and/or SAP S/4HANA, is beneficial.
