As Senior Expert IT Application Management (Kafka DevOps) (m/w/d), you develop a strategy for operating the BSS systems and processes you are responsible for to achieve business goals. You evaluierst technology trends and evaluate their use to influence the development for the future of the systems. You initiate and implement projects through the creation of architectural suggestions and request documents, the calculation of the business case and the development of decision templates for the releases in the boards. You advise the business to use and optimally manage the business processes associated with the systems. You ensure compliance with the prescribed security policies for the applications, systems and platforms responsible - through analysis of accesses and permissions and corrective actions. You specifically support the users:inside and the company goals. You regularly represent the department in different internal bodies and with partners: in order to coordinate and implement process changes. You actively support the maintenance and further development of the handling tools used by filling and service units.

What distinguishes you: Complete technical or economic engineering studies or comparable training. At least 8 years of professional experience in the operation of complex system landscapes. Comprehensive process and IT expertise in telecommunications. Experience in intercultural communication and cooperation. Negotiation security in dealing with customers: women, suppliers and service providers (also internationally). Flowing English knowledge in word and writing (C1 to GER).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
