Internal Sales Clerk * (m/f/d)

As a central interface, you will ensure that our customers are handled as best as possible. You work closely with internal departments and the Area Sales Managers to understand the needs of our customers and to find tailor-made solutions. With your fast, professional and solution-oriented work, you create positive customer experiences and strengthen long-term relationships. You actively build customer relationships and develop them.

You identify the right contacts, understand their needs and prepare relevant insights for the field service.

You take the order processing from A to Z and make a professional processing of complaints.

You'll be prudent and qualifying leads in our CRM system and keep an overview of all customer activities.

You support our Area Sales Managers in the daily business.

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

Experience in dealing with customers and a good sense for their concerns routine in working with ERP systems and a pronounced digital affinity

Very good knowledge of current MS Office applications

Clear and friendly communication – written and oral Good English skills are a plus
