We manage residential and commercial properties – both in the own and in the outside world – and are looking for reinforcement for the management of objects in Hamburg and the surrounding area. Actively shape the real estate distribution – act as Real Estate Agent (m/w/d) in Kiel.

You develop our established brokerage business strategically and actively shape its growth and professionalization. You acquire broker orders in the residential real estate sector and enter owners and interested parties from initial contact to the successful conclusion of the contract. You are responsible for the rental of residential and partly commercial properties in the Kiel and Schleswig-Holstein area – from marketing to visits and contract negotiations to object transfer. You'll start Exposés, listings, rental contracts and other sales-relevant documents and ensure professional customer communication. You’re testing the real estate market, analysing rental prices and comparative objects, advising the management of marketing strategies and engaging in the digitization and further development of our sales processes.

You have a degree in real estate, sales or a comparable qualification. You bring professional experience in real estate, sales or in a comparable customer-oriented position. You convince by a safe occurrence, negotiation skills and joy in building long-term customer relationships. You work independently, structured and service-oriented and keep track of multiple projects. You are safe to use the current MS Office applications and ideally bring experience with real estate or CRM systems.
