In your role as technical trainer heating technology & heat pumps (m/w/d) plan, develop and conduct technical product and system training for internal and external target groups independently Through practical trainings and workshops, you can convey complex technical content in a comprehensible manner and inspire the specialist craft for modern heating systems Together with sales, service and other departments, you identify training needs and develop existing training concepts continuously With modern learning methods, digital formats and targeted presentations, you create sustainable learning experiences and promote knowledge transfer into practice At events, trade fairs and specialist forums, you represent the Vaillant Group and are responsible for innovative heating technology and heat pump systems as a competent trainer (m/w/d).
