Planning and control of goods, delivery and transport processes Coordination of deliveries, returns and complaints Processing of customs and transit documents Optimization of tours and monitoring of delivery dates Communication with customers to orders and delivery status Analysis of process deviations and introduction of appropriate measures

Successfully completed commercial training, for example as a merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services, industrial businessman/wife or comparable qualification First professional experience in MRP/Logistics knowledge of customs processing or Custom processing desirable Safe handling of current MS Office applications Experience in handling SAP of advantage Independent, structured and reliable operation
