We are looking for a branch managerin (m/w/d) for our location in Berlin/Wustermark. As a branch managerin, you assume the overall responsibility for the economic and operational development of your location. You control the business with full P&L responsibility and actively shape growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. What you do with us: Total responsibility for the successful economic and operational development of the establishment with full responsibility for P&L. Management of sales, earnings, costs and productivity to achieve the agreed corporate objectives. Leadership, development and motivation of employees and promotion of a performance-oriented corporate culture. Ensure excellent service, quality and compliance standards in operational daily business. Development and implementation of measures to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Active support for sales activities and the development of sustainable customer relationships and business potential. Responsibility for budget planning, forecasts, investments and efficient management of resources and capacities

What you bring: Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, logistics, supply chain management or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in the transport or freight industry Detectable experience with comprehensive P&L management and the control of an independent business unit, location or branch Designed business expertise with a sound understanding of sales, margin, cost and earnings management Experience in the development and implementation of growth and sales strategies Strong analytical skills and safe handling of operational and financial indicators Evidence of success in optimising profitability, productivity and operational performance Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities as well as high customer orientation Our culture and benefits DHL Freight is certified as TOP EMPLOYER® and Great Place to Work for good reason.
