Lafim-Diakonie's corporate controlling plays a central role in the company's economic management. As a connecting unit between business units, central services and management, it ensures transparency, structured reporting and well-founded decision-making bases. The position is located in the company controlling of the central services and combines operational controlling tasks with strategic questions.

As Senior Controller (w/m/d) you are central:r Sparringspartner:in our business units and make an important contribution to the control and development of the Lafim Diakonie. Your focus: Analysis, monitoring and further development of cost and performance accounting Creation of meaningful reports, analyses and decision templates for internal reporting Responsibility for budget, planning and forecasting processes in close cooperation with the business areas Support and implementation of own control and control projects Further development of controlling processes, methods and tools – with a view to transparency and efficiency Close cooperation with nursing staff and management company controlling Participation in projects to increase efficiency and efficiency Business Partnering: Advice on financial and operational issues at eye level
