Total responsibility for financial and accounting in accordance with HGB with clear technical priorities in accounting, financial statements, taxes, liquidity management and financing Technical control and quality assurance of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and production of consolidated financial statements Total responsibility for liquidity management, including planning, control, forecasting and reporting Responsibility for tax issues (e.g. income taxes, turnover tax, non-profit and donation management) as well as coordination and professional coordination with external tax advisors Management and further development of financing structures as well as central contact: for banks and other financing partners Professional and disciplinary leadership and targeted further development of employees in financial and accounting Responsibility for the proper implementation of the debitors, creditors and asset accounting by the team Control and coordination of external partners such as auditors, tax advisers, banks and authorities Responsibility for the internal control system (IKS), the tax compliance management system and monitoring of (external) revision Responsibility for the associated dunning and reporting Support and advice of management through meaningful analyses, reports and policy templates Further development, standardization and optimization of processes in financial and accounting with particular focus on efficiency, transparency and quality Active participation of digitalization in the financial sector, in particular in the optimization and further development of ERP-based processes, system landscapes and digital workflows Close cooperation and coordination with the company controlling

Successfully completed business studies or a commercial training with qualifying training (e.g. balance sheet holder:in IHK) Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting, ideally in senior management Knowledge of commercial law (HGB) and good basic tax knowledge of advantage Experience in the fields of financial statements, liquidity management and financing Safe handling of common ERP and financial accounting systems as well as MS Office, especially Excel Understanding digital financial processes as well as experience or pronounced affinity for optimising and developing ERP-based processes Representative leadership and communication skills and joy in the development of employees Analytical thinkability, structured and reliable operation Solution-oriented, economic thinking with strategic view for complex relationships
