Assistant Property Management (m/f/d)

Organisational, administrative and supportive activities that ensure the smooth running of the daily office. This includes the preparation of presentations, the preparation of reports and protocols. You are responsible for the organization of everyday office, including the administration of office materials and the coordination of office work. Planning and organizing meetings, managing calendars and ensuring that all appointments are adhered to are part of your tasks. You organize business trips and take care of travel expenses. You are responsible for maintaining databases and creating Excel tables. You conduct the correspondence with tenants, utilities and authorities as well as with specialist areas. You also take the order processing, initialize and send further charge bills and rental contracts.

You have a completed commercial vocational training, ideally with professional experience in the real estate industry, but it is not a prerequisite. First experience in assistance is desirable – you should be able to coordinate several tasks simultaneously and set priorities. You bring a highly sophisticated communication skills to effectively pass on information and interact with different team members. You have the ability to adapt to changing requirements and be safe in work-intensive phases. You have knowledge and a secure handling of MS Office programs and SAP. You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing.
