IT Security Administrator (m/f/d)

As an IT security administrator, you will provide the security and integrity of the environment we serve incl. Planning and further development of safety systems safe. You configure, monitor and develop the processes of the Security Operations Center. You create technical concepts and documentation, work out early threat detection mechanisms and ensure the implementation of preventive measures. You contribute to the further development of our security concepts, as well as the optimization of IT system monitoring, vulnerability detection and their elimination. You work with the support of internal network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall) and are contact persons in 2nd and 3rd level support. You ensure the sustainable elimination and resolution of disruptions and problems, as well as evaluation, categorisation and coordination of IT security incidents. In addition, you develop and implement solutions to protect important and sensitive data from possible attacks and data loss.

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Electrical Engineering or a related area or equivalent qualification Current professional knowledge and practical experience in the field of MDR, XDR, IPS, firewall systems, IT infrastructure and Microsoft technologies, including Azure and m365 Very good knowledge of German, service-oriented as well as professional interaction with partners Proactive team and project work Interest and enthusiasm for new tasks and the desire to continuously develop
