You advise and discuss our customers in the field of technical and application-related issues relating to our software solutions in municipal finance. You are analysing, documenting, prioritizing and providing customer requests structured in our ticket system. You prepare complex content in a professionally clean manner and provide a targeted follow-up to the next support level. You carry out service orders, training and user advice – digitally and on-site if necessary. You are actively involved in improving our service processes, documentation and application aids. You work closely with internal departments and contribute your practical experience to the further development of our products.

You have completed training or studies in administrative, financial or comparable fields. You bring well-founded knowledge in local finance, especially in the Doppik. You have ideally professional experience in combing, cash, financial management or in a comparable municipal function. At best you know OK.FIS / OK.FINN or have experience with comparable financial procedures. You work carefully, structured and self-sufficiently and keep your eye on complex issues. You communicate kindly, clearly and confidently and have the pleasure of explaining professional topics.
