Responsible management and control of the team, focus on road construction, tram and cable laying Responsible and team-oriented leadership of employees Technical and economic support of ongoing projects Competent and reliable contact for our customers to maintain and intensify customer contacts Takeover of the target acquisition of new customers and strategic development of new markets Technical and commercial tender processing including the conduct of contract negotiations

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the above-mentioned task Good knowledge of HOAI, VOB and safe handling of MS Office Impressed leadership skills and sensitivity in dealing with employees High customer orientation in the implementation of tasks, experience with contractors Self-employed and structured working, teamwork, commitment and creativity Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
