Technical Expert (m/f/d)

You support the Technical Manager to ensure a smooth technical operation at the Shopping Center Schloss Arkaden Braunschweig (SAB). As a central contact person for all technical matters, you take care of measures relating to the ongoing operation. You initiate maintenance and maintenance orders and coordinate the use of maintenance companies and other service providers. In addition, you support your leadership in compliance with traffic control obligations and safety-related requirements, as well as in planning and controlling the budget. You always have a look at the economic and sustainable operation of the shopping center. In the absence of the Technical Manager, you take over his professional representation.

You will bring a completed training as an electrician or plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and climate engineering as well as at least three years of professional experience in facility management. Ideally, you have advanced training in technical areas such as monitoring, control, control and optimization facilities in buildings as well as in the field of fire alarm systems (BMA) and/or have successfully completed your master training. You convince with a pronounced service orientation and a strong organizational talent that lets you keep an overview in every situation. Flexibility is self-evident. You are ready to take part in commercial working hours - also on weekends - in a dedicated manner. The safe handling of MS Office is routine for you. You also have experience with SAP. Secure knowledge of English and fluent knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
