About the company

Our customer is a small medium-sized company based in Augsburg that produces and sells high-quality medical cosmetic products.

Brand management and strategy - You define brand positioning and shape a clear, effective communication strategy. Market and competition analysis - You will follow trends, relevant indications and the competitive environment to identify opportunities at an early stage. Brand Experience - You coordinate packaging, visual identity and claims in cooperation with agencies and internal stakeholders. Content & Campaigns - You develop convincing marketing materials: POS materials, digital content, social media assets and campaigns. Agency Control - You coordinate creative and digital agencies and ensure that projects are implemented efficiently and in line with the brand. Sales Enablement - You support the sales team with targeted materials and trainings. Growth Projects - You first develop market analyses and identify growth areas. Congresses - You coordinate the trade fair appearance, including stand design and the timely provision of all accompanying materials.

You have a relevant field of study and first professional experience in the field of fire management - also in the form of your own projects. Ideally, you already had points of contact in the cosmetics or consumer goods industry. Fluent communication in German and English lies You, Spanish skills are a plus point. You will be happy to work independently and be happy to advance themes proactively.

You expect an unlimited direct delivery to the customer company with attractive remuneration.
