Group Controller - Financial Planning & Analysis (m/f/d)

Bringing finance and strategy together — this is your passion. In this role, you actively participate in the CLAAS Group's MTP (medium-term planning) process, accompany the strategy cycle and develop integrated financial models that create real decision bases. They are part of a dynamic RP&A team that manages controlling as a strategic business partner and works daily at the interface of numbers and corporate governance.

Your role in our team:

• Management and responsibility of the group-wide MTP process – from methodology and process design to the translation of strategic initiatives into financial target sizes to consolidated earnings presentation to management.
• Transfer of the first MTP year to the budget process including coordination of group-wide target settings at BU/SU level.
• Development and maintenance of integrated financial models (GuV, balance sheet, cash flow) as well as scenario analyses (Base / Upside / Downside) for decision support of the management.
• Implementation of performance and financial analyses at group and BU/SU level, including derivation of sound recommendations for action, as well as creation of management reports and commentaries for management and committees.
• Participation in the introduction and further development of modern FP&A methods, tools and business standards.

Your profile:

• Complete studies of economics ideally focusing on finance, controlling or accounting.
• First professional experience in controlling or a comparable commercial environment — also from the management consultancy or the audit environment with operational reference.
• Finding understanding of integrated financial models — GuV, balance sheet and cash flow, of course, are intertwining for you.
• Secure handling of common computer systems (MS-Office, SAP (BW/BI/S4) and SAP Analytics Cloud; Experience with data and analysis platforms (e.g. databricks) or AI-based analysis approaches in the FP&A environment is a plus.
• Flowing German and English knowledge in word and writing.
