Engineer Charge Point Management Solutions (a*)

You successfully position our Charge Point Management System eRound Mobility in the market and provide clear impulses for customer benefits, network compatibility and growth. You identify new customer segments, business potentials and partnerships around charging infrastructure and net-integral mobility solutions. You win, advise and attend our B2B customers (e.g. municipal works, fleet operators, companies, municipalities) along the entire customer journey – from initial language to long-term partnership. You translate technical and regulatory requirements into understandable and measurable customer benefits and introduce market and customer feedback into the eRound Mobility product roadmap. You work closely with internal interfaces such as product management, IT, networking, purchasing, controlling, and law, and ensure an accurate connection of customer requirements and product development. In customer and partner rounds, at specialist events, in networks, as well as in relevant bodies, you represent eRound Mobility and our company to the outside. In addition, you accompany (promoting) projects at the interface of the energy transition, digitalization, network and mobility, and actively contribute our perspective.

You have completed your studies, for example in industrial engineering, in the energy industry, BWL with technical focus, electrical engineering. You bring multi-year professional experience in the fields of energy, mobility, charging infrastructure or energy systems – ideally also in customer or partner management. With MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, you’ll be sure to go around; you’ll also bring good English skills. Ideally, you have a qualification in project management, e.g. IPMA Level D. Technical and regulatory topics are quickly and translated into convincing customer benefits. You think strategically, identify market and business potentials potential and work structured as well as results-oriented. You communicate and present safely, move confidently in exchange with different stakeholders and bring negotiation skills. Team skills, interdisciplinary work and resilience characterize you.
