You are responsible for the installation, configuration and administration of the hardware and software used as well as the maintenance and documentation of the IT systems on-prem and in M365. You act as a competent internal contact person for your defined area of responsibility. They provide smooth processes – they are responsible for the packaging and rollout of software in the M365 environment. In addition, ensure the smooth use of the IT Leipzig and Krostitz site through a professional 1st and 2nd level support. These include the establishment and exchange of network components. You are a team player – you work successfully with various internal departments and coordinate the technical service providers for operational support.

Your training - You have a successfully completed vocational training as a specialist in IT-informatics / Department of System Integration, IT-Systemtechniker, IT-Techniker or comparable knowledge Your experience - You have been able to gain several years of professional experience in a comparable position as a system supervisor. You also have deep experience in IT service management. Your know-how – you have excellent knowledge in the Azure / M365 environment, as well as of Windows Server and client operating systems. In addition, you already have experience in software deployment with MS Intune, DSM, etc., and can collect the automation of processes. ITIL-Foundation knowledge is beneficial. Your personality - you are very strongly service-oriented and can easily abstract and represent complex facts to the essentials.
