Your tasks include the solution-oriented processing of service requests. They monitor the course of the broadcast and act proactively in case of deviations. They are actively working on a continuous improvement process. They interact with our customers, other branches, specialist departments and our driving staff.

You have a completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial training. They have good German, English and IT knowledge (MS365). A pronounced service orientation and a high solution-finding competence are characterized. They have fun on good teamwork, are strong communication, work independently and engaged.
