Social pedagogue as procedural pilot in the Office for Children, Youth and Family (m/f/d)

The Office for Children, Youth and Family provides advice and support to children and young people with disabilities and their families. A central task of the Department of Planning and Youth is the combination of integration aid for young people into a uniform competence – an important process that our process slots actively contribute.

1. March 2026 we are looking for a social pedagogue or a social pedagogue as a procedurallot (w/m/d) for this responsible and socially important task.

Advice & Support: You advise, support and support young people and their families, regardless of the application, persecution and perception of benefits of integration aid according to SGB VIII and SGB IX. Intermediation & Cooperation: You advise and communicate at interfaces and cooperate with various offices, institutions of integration assistance and other stakeholders. Conception & development: You support the local public youth assistance institution in bringing together the services of integration aid under SGB VIII and SGB IX for young people in accordance with §10b para. 2 SGB VIII. In this context you develop concepts, new standards and recommendations for action. Reporting & Public Relations: You are responsible for reporting and for committee work, participation in networks and public relations.

Qualification: completed study of social education or comparable degree. Knowledge & experience: Very good knowledge in SGB VIII and SGB IX as well as adjacent performance claims. Experience in advising people with (threatening) disability and their families (e.g. disability forms, effects of disabilities, impairment of participation), ideally in integration or youth assistance.

Working methods & strengths: independent, solution-oriented work, empathy and communication strength. Mobility & Flexibility: Class B driving licence and readiness to use vehicles as well as flexible working hours.

Make active: Responsive, socially important task in an indefinite position and payment up to S15 TVöD-SuE (2.000.33 - 2.832,61 euros in part-time) or grade A11 LBesO BW.
