• In your role, you are responsible for the strategic and operational development of our marketplace activities with a clear focus, sales, profitability and brand presence.
• Together with the team, you will take care of the development and implementation of holistic marketplace strategies as well as the active control of prices, campaigns and assortments
• Based on sound performance analyses, you conduct concrete optimization measures and strategic action recommendations that drive growth forward in a targeted manner
• As a central interface, you work closely with internal teams such as purchasing, marketing, logistics and finance, as well as external partners, ensuring smooth coordination of all activities
• Ideally, you already have experience in the fashion environment and can use your market knowledge in a targeted way to identify trends at an early stage and let them in the further development of the marketplace strategy.
• The position is limited in the context of a parental leave until 30.06.2028
• You have several years of professional experience in the e-commerce environment and in the management of marketplaces and have gained practical knowledge in controlling corresponding platforms
• Your work is characterised by a deep analytical understanding and the ability to derive and successfully implement data-based decisions
• Knowledge of how to deal with pricing strategies, campaign control and assortment management are just as good a sense of brand positioning
• Communication strength and organizational skills are targeted to work successfully with various internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination
