Your tasks: Overarching control and coordination of incidents Monitoring the timely implementation of the incidents with regard to the present SLA Operating IT systems Support in the preparation of reporting and implementation of analyses Perception of appointment maintenance and support in their compliance care of property owners, complaint management and lease-side rebuilding measures Contract negotiations Contact for escalation cases Processing and control of escalation cases

Your skills: Completed studies (e.g. BWL, engineering) or a comparable professional qualification or a commercial or technical training with additional qualification or long-term professional experience in the field of activity Good knowledge of Office 365, Excel and databases (e.g. Access), Jira Organisational capacity Enforcement assets Team skills Ability to cross-function cooperation and process understanding German language skills in word and writing
