Head of Department Industrial Construction (m/f/d)

Are you ready to shape the future of warehouse logistics across Germany? With passion and vision, you lead the central warehouse department and are a central component of our long-term logistics strategy. You take responsibility for coordinating the long-term project planning for our around 40 regional companies and act as a key interface to make our vision for sustainable logistics real estate a reality in Germany.

This means:

Control and management of German-wide construction projects for logistics properties as well as support from the first planning to the successful handover to the user Total responsibility for planning, coordination and implementation of the construction projects - including commissioning, cost control, time management and quality assurance Responsibility and ensuring the management of requirements within the projects as well as the central coordination of the processes to ensure the organisation, structure and occupation of the projects seamlessly Close cooperation with general planners and construction companies and co-design of the logistics strategy in the field of infrastructure Central contact for your (project) team and further development of your team

Complete study as a civil engineer, architect or economic engineer with a focus on construction Extensive knowledge of (multi-)project management, combined with several years of experience in the construction of industrial buildings over all phases of performance Ability to analyze and evaluate complex, cross-disciplinary aspects of construction projects. You meet sound strategic decisions and develop innovative solutions to ensure that projects are implemented efficiently and effectively Deep knowledge of relevant guidelines and standards such as BauGB, VOB and HOAI Outstanding leadership skills and are able to motivate interdisciplinary teams. Ability to develop and implement future-oriented strategies that ensure the long-term success of our construction projects and contribute significantly to the corporate strategy Depending on the project phase, regular travel activities to monitor and manage the project progress on site. Your willingness to travel is up to 5 days a week
