As a (Senior) Data Account Manager Public & Health (m/w/d) you are responsible for consulting, acquisition and the sale of complex, consulting-intensive and customer-specific solutions to the assigned named accounts in stock and associated prospects (new acquisition). You analyze the associated customers in detail, qualify customer contacts and identify new customer potentials. Exhaust the existing customer potential and reduce the churn rate. You conduct distributed projects and take the project management to ensure that all goals are achieved. You carry out comprehensive and holistic needs analyses on your own using detailed process cost and cost-effectiveness analyses. You ensure a high presence and effective support of the associated customers to ensure long-term binding to Vodafone. You organize and execute appointments, sales visits, promotions, follow-ups and contract conclusion. In addition, you analyze the success or failure and take care of customer support after completion and customer recovery.

What distinguishes you: Abitur and completed commercial training as a minimum requirement, ideally completed university studies. 1-2 years of professional experience in direct sales in the business customer environment, ideally in the IT or telecommunications industry. Funded technical knowledge and very good expertise in the field of fixed network and ICT solutions. High level of flexibility, self-initiative and enforcement. Target-oriented: Sets and prioritizes challenging goals. Focused on: Focusses on the essential, manipulates its time and resources. Listener: listens and understands customer needs. Project-oriented: Works independently, structured and conducts projects independently.
