Strategic Logistics Experience Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead the strategic development of freight forwarder setups and defined key performance indicators (KPIs) that promote operational excellence. In this role, you will facilitate global collaboration by summaryzing and presenting insights from local review meetings at global freight forwarder gatherings, ensuring seamless alignment and information flow. You will enhance data transparency by providing critical freight forwarder data, including transit times and costs, to empower informed decision-making across the organization. Supporting regional initiatives is key; you will cooperate with regional supply chain teams to offer guidance and leverage global best practices tailored to local needs. Additionally, you will serve as a secondary escalation point for complex freight forwarder issues, providing expert resolution guidance, and manage freight tenders to optimize our logistics operations. In terms of supply chain network optimization, you will conduct comprehensive scenario analysis to enhance our supply chain network, focusing on service, cost, and cash perspectives across all sales regions and production sites. You will identify and analyze major optimization opportunities in transportation routes and warehousing while maintaining an updated catalogue of warehouse capacities to support operational efficiency.

Bachelor or master's degree in the fields of business administration with a focus on logistics or supply chain management Several years of professional experience in relevant areas Very good German and English language skills in spoken and written form Excellent communication and organizational skills combined with diploma tact Distinctive structured analytical working method
