Social pedagogue for outpatient team (m/f/d)

We accompany and promote many families with a migration background in our establishment in order to enable them to participate in society with equal opportunities. In our facility we place great emphasis on diversity, integration and the promotion of individual potentials. The work in the outpatient team includes the tasks of the social pedagogical family assistance (§27/31 SGB VIII), the educational assistance (§27/30 SGB VIII), as well as the care of young people in their own housing up to 21 years (§27/35 SGB VIII).

You have completed your studies in the educational field?
