With the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team in the logistics sector (commanding in the e-commerce warehouse), you form the communication interface between the employees and the area management You ensure perfect workflows as well as efficient personnel and work equipment use In addition, you control the use and presence of employees and ensure order and cleanliness within your area so that the working day goes smoothly off You also take over the organization of the goods exit and the control of the loading processes Finally, ensure compliance with the safety guidelines and safety measures and support sector management

Training as a specialist for warehouse logistics and/or relevant professional experience in warehouse and material management A good feeling in dealing with people and ideally first leadership experience combined with a performance-oriented approach Technical and technical knowledge in vehicle and pick-by-voice picking Communication strength, organisational skills and stress resistance Work in solid layer models, Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 22 p.m. Good MS Office knowledge Willingness to shiftwork Intercultural competence
