As a production employee (m/w/d) in the day shift, you are an indispensable part of the team. With your careful operation and your look for details, you set the production process up and make sure that quality and efficiency always go hand in hand. From operation of machines to quality control – you bring order into the processes and contribute significantly to successful production.

• You are responsible for the operation, monitoring and maintenance of production facilities.
• You carry out regular quality controls to ensure that the products meet the highest standards.
• You are responsible for the documentation of the production processes.
• You help in storing and packaging the manufactured products.
• You support the team in solving technical and organizational challenges.

We are looking for

No specific prior knowledge is required for the position as a production employee (m/w/d) in day shift, but we are looking for someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new things. You will be thoroughly involved so you can quickly grow into the team.

• You bring craftsmanship and technical understanding.
• You like working in the team and are reliable.
• You have ideally first experiences in production, but also motivated cross-comers are welcome.
• You are drawing up through an accurate and careful way of working.
