Coordination and planning of workshop dates You support our service consultants in the daily organization by coordinating and processing incoming service requests – both digitally and by telephone. You plan dates for inspections, wheel changes and repairs and ensure that all requests are recorded in a structured manner and are optimally integrated into the workshop planning. Preparation and settlement of invoices With your attention to detail, you carefully prepare workshop bills and assist in the processing of order bills. You work with our LocoSoft system and make sure that all services are recorded correctly and transparently. Processing of warranty and service requests You will take care of the structured creation and processing of warranty and service requests. In doing so, you will check all relevant documents, prepare the applications completely and take over the communication and processing with the respective manufacturer or the competent authorities. Support in parts management (day business & return) You support in the daily parts business by ordering required spare parts for upcoming workshop dates and keeping an overview of short-term needs. In addition, you will take care of the proper handling of parts returns to the manufacturer and ensure that You are properly documented and carried out on time. Active co-design of processes and customer communication You can use your ideas – whether to improve processes, optimize customer communication or on topics such as social media. In doing so, you can combine structure and humanity and continuously develop our service.
