Roofer / Building technician in Bremen (m/f/d)

In the summer months, your focus is on the maintenance and repair of the rooftops, and in the winter half year you mainly take over general home technician tasks within the framework of the facility management.

You can do this with us:

Roofing (focus)

• Maintenance, repair and repair of roof surfaces
• Detection and elimination of leaks and other damage to roofs
• Control and cleaning of roof drainage (e.g. roof troughs, down pipes, drains)
• Support for roof and facade sealing measures

In winter - general house technology

• Processing of faults and orders from the ticket system
• Implementation of small repairs on technical building equipment (e.g. shelving and door systems, smaller floor repairs and start-up protections)
• Support for maintenance and inspection work under facility management
• Documentation of the work carried out and collection of special services in our systems

We wish you:

• Completed training as rooftops, carpenters, building climbers or a comparable craft qualification
• Ideally first experience in the maintenance of buildings or in facility management
• Safe handling of typical works on flat roofs and steep roofs
• Craftsmanship for minor repairs on technical building equipment
• Basic PC knowledge for processing orders in the ticket system and documentation
• Responsible, independent and reliable operation
