You take over: Implementation of conceptual and technical matters of real estate and real estate promotion Ensuring quality standards in the implementation of real estate measures, in particular also in assisted housing construction (sustainable and sustainable construction = 'Bremer Standard') Self-responsible advice in the planning of real estate (commercial and housing construction measures) Conduct of the technical examination of applications for funding Management of promotional measures in a technical perspective (incl. assessment and recognition of new construction, reconstruction and modernization measures and their costs, on-the-spot checks etc.) Responsible analysis and evaluation of submitted technical documents Participation in quarter planning and the establishment and introduction of funding regulations and funding products from BAB, Bremen and the two Breem city municipalities Bank representation to third parties Own-responsible administrative activities (e.g. updating of data stocks, testing and further development of the EDV functions as well as the creation and further development of work process descriptions within the framework of the Quality Management Manual)
